It feels good to be back !

well I suppose you should know that I’m doing good now. got over the stomach flu saturday morning . I only had one tough run today too. I fell off the top of the the top of the bunk beds today. other than that I had a pretty good day. how was yours?

    Glad to hear you’re feeling better!
    My day’s pretty good. Gryffin is playing with his Superhero toys and I’m goofing off on the laptop.
