well,I haven’t written in a while, but I felt like posting. I have had an excellent week. Firstly, I was invited to join the honors orchestra. Then, I had an ice cream party for finishing ISAT at school . Also, I am greatly enjoying being an active member of a youth group at church; I have already been on two trips, and have another on the 25-26. The weather is great today. We are going on a picnic this afternoon. Hopefully you are also enjoying this fine day.

My first day of school was alright,I suppose. It would have been better if I could have opened my dumb locker! I pretty much listened to the same rules over and over for like, seven hours and have 200 and someodd papers to get signed tonight. So much for an awesome year!

No,it’s not the worst show on Cartoon Network. Actually it was my day. First off,we went to the St. Louis zoo during “free hour” and saw some cool stingrays. I got to feed them too! Then, we went to Soulard market for the LEGO games tour 2010! We also went to the farmer’s market and tried some world famous Gus’ pretzels.I had an awesome day!!

I suppose you are wondering about my title, and I’m about to explain. Well, you’d be surprised. I went to see a movie called Avatar. It is secret because we went to bed, but I secretly snuck down stairs and Dad and I left so Gideon wouldn’t get upset that we went without him.

It’s pretty hard to explain the plot, because it twisted and changed throughout, and I don’t want to give it away but I thought it was fairly good. I am going to list some details now- setting:Pandora, a forest planet. Main character: Jake Sully, an ex-marine who is crippled. There was an interesting assortment of vehicles including helicopters, space shuttles, and mechs.
I liked the visual effects, but obviously expected too much when it came to language. Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5. With 1 point for the fact that we saw it in 3-d and that Dad and I went without Gideon. The 3-d is really cool, and worth the three dollars extra. If you have the time, you might want to see this movie.
