No,it’s not the worst show on Cartoon Network. Actually it was my day. First off,we went to the St. Louis zoo during “free hour” and saw some cool stingrays. I got to feed them too!Then, we went to Soulard market for the LEGO games tour 2010! We also went to the farmer’s market and tried some world famous Gus’ pretzels.I had an awesome day!!
I suppose you are wondering about my title, and I’m about to explain. Well, you’d be surprised. I went to see a movie called Avatar. It is secret because we went to bed, but I secretly snuck down stairs and Dad and I left so Gideon wouldn’t get upset that we went without him.
It’s pretty hard to explain the plot, because it twisted and changed throughout, and I don’t want to give it away but I thought it was fairly good. I am going to list some details now- setting:Pandora, a forest planet. Main character: Jake Sully, an ex-marine who is crippled. There was an interesting assortment of vehicles including helicopters, space shuttles, and mechs.
I liked the visual effects, but obviously expected too much when it came to language. Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5. With 1 point for the fact that we saw it in 3-d and that Dad and I went without Gideon. The 3-d is really cool, and worth the three dollars extra. If you have the time, you might want to see this movie.
Hey everyone,what’s up? My grandpa Roger is visiting from Arizona this weekend,and I’m really excited. Other than that, my week was fairly average.My school held it’s fall festival; and that’s always fun.I’m pretty sure that’s all I have to say,bye!
I recently decided I was going to play the base. So far, I like doing it , so that’s working ,and I can already play some songs.Addittionly ,I do safety patrol witch is just walking around keeping the peace. I also help out at the school library,just shelving and checking books in and out during recess and SSR, (self slected reading) so, that’s my world,readers, I will tell you more soon, Isaiah, signing out!
last week,I started school. I’m just getin’ back in the swing o’ things,but 5th grade is pretty easy so far. Gideon is in kindergarten and he likes it,so we’re doin’ good right now. I haven’t really got any more to say … see you soon!
Not really much to say… just finished vbs last night,there was a carnival. other than that and camp, summer was boring. I’ve been sitting here, with nothing to do. probably gonna have a sleepover in a few days, I’ll write about it soon,that’ll pretty much end summer for me. I’ll write soon,so stay posted.Bye!
Weird title,huh? The day is Monday,and the dread is school starting in two weeks. That, in my opinion, is a disaster. A list of reasons I hate school: to easy! homework! rules! grrrrrr. well thats over.Bye!!
ahh, I fianily went back to camp. On Sunday, (like,two weeks ago.) Mom and Dad droped me off there at about 4:30 p.m,and I spent the rest of Sunday settling in. Monday-bright n’ early 7:30 I got up,took a shower,had breakfast ,and listened to morning devotinal . then I cleaned my cabin, cabin 1. After that , we had Bible class , and I got to see my old buddy Luke.See the whole reson we’re friends is because last year, Dalton stole Luke’s cookie.We started talking, and he likes legos to ! We pretty much repeated this at night, and every day too . We did sports, like doge ball,and basketball.all in all,it was great.
Sorry for my abcence,but it was worth it. On Saturday,Mom and Dad were up early (a maricle, at least.) we stocked the van with snacks and then headed for Wentsville,Missouri for the anual “greater st.Louis renasance festaval”. We had a great time there walking and checking the shops. Then, we had lunch at pantara’s pizza. After that,we went to a model rocket launch,but I lost my only rocket,so we went home. It’s been forever since I’ve updated over here. Well,today Mom had a garage sale at grandma’s house,and we just got home. I suppose I didn’t have much to do, but for some reason I’m still tired.Tomorrow is just routine, but on friday,grandpa Roger is coming up from Airizona to visit us, and we’re going to the zoo.Then, on saturday,Dad,Gideon,and I are taking him to a model rocket launch.It’ll be great.
